Leigh Ann Fangmeyer was recommended by a friend. I contacted Leigh Ann and she came out and looked at the home but at the time I was on the fence deciding whether I wanted to go ahead and try and sell the home myself or go through a realtor. I felt if I went through a realtor I would have to do a Lotta repairs and I didn’t have the money to do that so I’d had decided to go ahead and try and sell it myself. Let’s just say you should leave it to the professionals. I reached out to Leigh Ann again on November 16, 2020. We talked I told her I didn’t want to put a lot of money into the home I wanted to sell as is. I also gave her a time line in which I wanted to settle. She gave me great advice and we came up with a plan. At no time did I feel pressured so with the decisions that we made I did do a little renovating but the sell price of home increased in value. On thanksgiving we were showing the house. By December 30 I was at closing. She made it happen. I’m so glad that I decided to go with Leigh Ann she was so understanding , caring, respectful and professional. I couldn’t of asked for a better person to represent me. She went beyond my expectations what to expect. Without a doubt I will be calling Leigh Ann again in the future and recommending her to friends and family.
